We’ve been voting the planet for nearly 50 years. But as the times change, so do our strategies. Instead of buying huge ads in this election cycle, we’re inviting our community to turn out the vote where their voice will go the furthest. Here are the nonprofit partners helping us get there.
11.2 Million Vote Project
11.2M environmental voters skipped the last election. Together, we can change that.
The 11.2 Million Vote Project (the “Project”) is a nonpartisan project intended to promote voter registration and civic participation. Participation is open only to US citizens and green card holders, without regard to partisan affiliation or voting intention. Participants who share a personalized vote guide with three unique individuals (“the Contacts”) may receive a one-time promotional credit valued at up to $100 (the “Credit”) for use on Patagonia.com, at a Patagonia-owned retail store (including outlet stores), or may elect to direct the value of the Credit to a charitable organization designated by Patagonia. The Credit is nontransferable, may not be assigned or provided to any other person, including but not limited to the Contacts.
No person may be offered or receive the Credit or any other benefit or inducement in exchange for voting or registering to vote. We reserve the right to review participation and referrals and disqualify referrals and participants we determine in our sole discretion to be fraudulent, ineligible, an abuse of process, or out of compliance with Project requirements. By participating, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and program rules, and to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about yourself and the Contacts. You agree not to misrepresent the program, harass, or spam anyone, or contact anyone unlawfully. Participation does not create an employment relationship.
The Credit expires on November 17, 2026, and must be redeemed in a single transaction. Any unused portion of the Credit will be forfeited and may not be carried forward, refunded, exchanged for cash, or applied to future purchases. The Credit may be redeemed either online or in store, but not both. If redeemed on Patagonia.com, the Credit may be applied to eligible full-price and off-price merchandise, including products available through Patagonia Provisions and other merchandise available on Patagonia.com, subject to standard exclusions. Professional Program participants, including Patagonia employees, may redeem the Credit on Patagonia.com and may combine the Credit with applicable Professional Program pricing; the Credit may not be combined with any other promotional code, coupon, or discount offer.
If redeemed at a Patagonia-owned retail store, including outlet locations, the Credit may be applied to eligible full-price, off-price, clearance, or other discounted Patagonia merchandise products, subject to standard exclusions. Professional Program participants, including Patagonia employees, may redeem the Credit in Patagonia-owned retail stores and may combine the Credit with applicable Professional Program pricing; the Credit may not be combined with any other promotional code, coupon, or discount offer.
The Credit may not be applied to gift cards, taxes, shipping, prior purchases, or any other excluded items identified by Patagonia. Exclusions are subject to change without notice.
